Merchandise Policies

First of all, thank you for supporting my art! If you found this page wondering “How long until I receive my order”, or “Where is my order?”, here is some information that could apply to your shipment:

  • I work full-time as a tattoo artist, which is why I have made the transition over to using a fulfillment service [Printful] that prints and ships your orders for me. This has allowed me to reduce inventory on-hand by printing only what is purchased, and has sped up shipping times as I can sometimes be busy with my tattoo career.

  • Most of the items on my website are fulfilled by Printful, but some of the items listed are printed by me or exist in my personal inventory at my shop. If your order includes items from both myself and Printful, you will be receiving two different packages.

  • Since I am recently transitioning over to a fulfillment service, I am still new to the dance of keeping things flowing steadily and I very much appreciate your patience if I accidentally miss your order coming in. If you have any questions regarding an extended shipping time on your order, or any issues with your order in general, please don’t hesitate to send me an e-mail: parkerbenayoun@gmail.com. Adding photos or providing the name on your order is helpful depending on your inquiry.

  • Returns: All sent products are marked with Printful's return address for your convenience. Products must be returned within 30 days, you are responsible for the shipping cost of your return. Products that are from my personal inventory can be returned or exchanged as an in-person pick up if you are local to portland, in any case email me and I will make sure your order is resolved to your satisfaction.

  • If you were sent the wrong product, wrong size, or a product that has an imperfection, please email me with a photo of the full garment, as well as a close-up of the issue and I will contact Printful to send you a new one free of charge.
